There are currently 4 different meeting and event spaces available:-

• The Panorama Room - Located on the highest floor of the hotel, the space and elegance of The Panorama room is accentuated by 180 degree views of Brisbane City and Roma street Parklands, which allows an abundance of beautiful natural light by day or a city skyline light up as far as the eye can see. The Panorama room is best suited for meetings, special occasions and private banquets. This is the most popular choice for Weddings.

• The Parkland Room - Also located on the highest floor of the hotel, The Parkland Room offers fantastic city and park views. With glass panelled windows on two sides of the room, natural light shines throughout the room. The spacious Parkland Room is the best choice for the middle-sized conference. The room seats up to 180 theartre style and 160 seated at round tables.

• The Vista - Located on the ground level of the hotel, adjacent to the Gazebo restaurant and bar, The Vista features floor to celing windows that allow an abundance of natural light. The earthy colour paette of the room creates a soothing ambience that offers an intimate but relaxing experience. The Vista is suitable for meetings and private banquets for up to 50 people.

• The Boardroom - Located on the ground floor of the hotel, The Boardroom offers a private intimate setting. Well lit with natural light, The Boardroom is suitable for small meetings and conferences for up to 15 people.
